• Print Placement Issues: A clear photo with a ruler or measuring tape showing the placement issue.

Refund Processing: Refunds are credited to your Printify account balance. From there, you can transfer the amount back to your original payment method. Please be aware that if your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be processed directly back to your original payment source.
